Mr. Gaurav Arora

Mr. Gaurav Arora, is the founder of the firm and heads the Audit & Taxation Services. An associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) qualified in the year 2006.

Academics Triumph

Holds Bachelor's degree in Commerce from P.G.D.A.V. College, Delhi University. He completed his Chartered Accountancy Intermediate and Finals in his first attempt. He has completed his internship from S.R.Dinodia & Co., Chartered Accontants.

Professional Triumph

		He has considerable overall experience and expertise of more than 15 years in diversified areas of
		Auditing & Assurance Services, IFRS training, International Taxation including Transfer Pricing.
		Bring the valuable experience of big corporate like Reliance Communications, ICICI Bank Limited.
		Actively associated with multinational groups as direct tax advisor and has been advising them
		on various laws and regulations.
		He has an in-depth knowledge of the trends and practices in International Consulting, Foreign Investments,
		arranging joint ventures etc. to Domestic and International Outsourcing.
		Major international serving countries includes Australia, UK, Spain, Canada and many more.
		Faculty of ICAI and addressed various National seminars conducted by ICAI, Training Institutes,
		Study Circles on IFRS, Tax related advisory.

Mr. Harish Kumar Chaudhary

Mr. Harish Kumar Chaudhary, is the co-founder of the firm and heads the Internal Audit division in banking sector. An associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) qualified in the year 2013.

Professional Triumph

		He is being associated in banking & financial sector since last from more than 6 years.
		He is heading the Risk Advisory Services of the firm. He also brings his valuable experience from
		known valued consulting firm.
		He is a qualified member of ICAI. He has an in-depth knowledge of the trends and practices in the Banking sector as well.
